1. Requirements, specifications and national regulations for the packaging design of cosmetics' outer boxes:

The outer box packaging design of cosmetics includes three types: flower box, medium box and large box.

(1) Flower box

(3) Big box

① The large box should be clean, upright, smooth and tightly sealed.

③The signs outside the big box should be clear, complete, and in an appropriate location, and have signs such as product name, factory name, factory address, license number, specification, quantity, gross weight, volume, date of manufacture, and precautions.



2. Regarding the requirements, specifications and national regulations for trademarks, instructions, box header stickers and certificates of conformity in cosmetic packaging design:

(1) Printed trademarks should have correct patterns, distinct colors, and clear and firm writing.

(2) The trademark must be affixed firmly, and must not be skewed, missed, inverted, or incorrectly pasted. After being pasted, the corners and edges will not be warped.

(3) The printing pattern of the manual is neat and the handwriting is clear.

(4) Printed writing and patterns on the box head (sticker) are clear.

(5) The printed handwriting and pattern of the certificate are clear, and there are signs such as the name of the factory and the code of the inspector.

(6) The implemented standard number should be marked on the product or its instructions and packaging.

(7) Mark the shelf life of the product. If the product quality is more than three years without problems, it can be omitted.

3. Requirements and national regulations on cosmetic packaging materials:

All materials of cosmetic packaging should be non-toxic and safe.

(1) Bottles (including plastic bottles and glass bottles)

①The body of the bottle is complete, stable and straight, smooth, basically uniform in thickness, free of cold bursts, cracks, and no obvious scars or deformation.

②The bottle mouth is straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and other matching structures are intact and straight.

③The inside and outside of the bottle are clean.

④The bottle and cap are tightly matched without slipping teeth, loosening and leakage.

(2) Bags (including paper bags, plastic bags, composite bags)

① There should be no wrinkles, scratches, air bubbles, and the color is consistent with the standard sample.

②The sealing should be firm and correct, and there should be no openings, perforations, leakage of paste (liquid), etc.

③The composite bag is firm and evenly coated.

(3) Hose

①The tube body is smooth, tidy, uniform in thickness, without obvious scratches, and the color is consistent with the standard sample.

②The seal must be firm, without openings, wrinkles, etc.

③The cover should meet the requirements specified in 2.2.

(4) Box (including paper box, plastic box, iron box)

①The surface of the box is smooth and straight, without obvious scratches and burrs (burrs), and the color is uniform, consistent with the standard sample.

②The opening tightness is appropriate and meets the 3.2 test requirements.

③The mirror surface and contents in the box are firmly bonded to the box, and the mirror image is good. There are no scratches and damages on the bottom.

(5) Spray can

①The tank body is flat, no rust spots, smooth welding seam, no obvious scratches on the main parts, uniform color, and consistent with the standard sample.

②The roll mouth is smooth and free of cracks and deformation.

③The cover should meet the requirements of 2.2.

④ Pump spray cans should meet the corresponding requirements in 6.1-3.

(6) Ingot tube (including lipstick tube and foundation tube)

①The tube body is straight and smooth, without obvious scratches, and the color is uniform, consistent with the standard sample.

②The tube body is suitable for tightness, and the paste should be screwed out or pushed out normally.

4. Requirements, specifications and national regulations for the copywriting of cosmetic packaging design:

(1) Product name:

It is generally composed of [trademark + ingredient/effect + attribute name], which are named according to special-purpose cosmetics and non-special-purpose cosmetics. The naming of non-special use cosmetics should be based on the latest advertising law and the National Food and Drug Administration [2010] No. 72 'Cosmetic Naming Regulations' and 'Cosmetic Naming Guidelines'.

(2) Ingredients:

The ingredients are written in accordance with the 2016 version of the technical specifications, and are arranged on the product packaging in descending order of content.

(3) Cosmetic efficacy:

Do not exaggerately promote product effects or false effects; prohibit expressly or implying the therapeutic effects and effects of diseases (including fungi, mites, poisons, inflammation, allergies, health care, internal regulation, spots, etc.); prohibit the use of medical terms ( Ringworm, pain, injury, hormones, physical discomfort, hair type symptoms, etc.).

(4) Use method, storage method and precautions: Precautions should be written according to the requirements in the 2016 version of the safety technical specifications.

(5) Information about production companies and actual production companies:

It should include the company name and registered address.

(6) Three certificates of factory information:

There are currently three situations: production license number, health license number; health license number; latest production license number (QS does not need to be printed)

(7) Product standard number

Including national standards, industry standards, and corporate standards.

(8) Origin
