Closing did not take out the plastic injection mold, especially in automatic molding, the most prone to solidify, bruised mould should be equipped with demoulding detection device.
2. Hard cavity bruised, such as use the hard tool to take out the plastic parts such as a screwdriver, screwdriver bruise on the cavity surface. On the injection mould, don't abuse on the mold tool, the hammers, wrenches, file hard objects such as fall within the cavity. Each injection molding machine should be equipped with a set of desirable both in mold cavity plastic parts, does not damage cavity of special tools.
