Lightweight strength vials adopt pressure blowing process

Our company not only solved the alkali elution problem of the ultra-small bottle, but also adopted the method of strengthening the inner and outer surface, and made the wall of the small-mouth ultra-small bottle uniformly formed. In this way, the bottle produced is more resistant than the previous one. Breakthroughs have been made in terms of thermal strength and impact resistance.

To make the thickness of the bottle wall uniform, the previously adopted pressure blowing method [automatic bottle making process partial pressure blowing method (Pu0026B) and blowing method (B and B)], this process is only used on wide-mouth bottles. A few years ago, it was difficult to use the pressure-blowing method for bottles below the old rice caliber. Recently, even bottles with a mm caliber have become possible. From the standpoint of a manufacturer specializing in the production of vials, our company has further enabled the use of pressure blowing for bottles with an inner diameter of millimeters, so that the inner wall thickness of the narrow-necked vials can be made uniform.

Because the pressure-blowing process is formed by a mold, the wall thickness of the glass is the same when it is press-formed, so that the wall thickness of the bottle is almost uniform when it is processed and formed.

The pressure blowing process is to directly press the molten glass into a wedge-shaped mold, so that the wedge-shaped mold is at a high temperature. In order to prevent the red hot glass from bonding to it and prevent the strength from being reduced, the mold is constantly cooled. However, due to the small mouth of the bottle, the mold is correspondingly small, so that the internal cooling structure must be very fine, otherwise it cannot be cooled. Once the mold reaches a high temperature, the bottle cannot be formed. This is a common problem. Even if new metal bottle molds and cooling devices are researched and developed, press forming can only be used on bottles with a mouth diameter of mm.

Secondly, in order to improve the strength of heat resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance, etc., it is necessary to keep the bottle wall uniform, and to make the bottle wall thinner than before when forming, it is necessary to use the same depth of compression margin on the inner and outer surfaces. Forming can make the appearance to a better degree, and at the same time, it can meet the requirements of users in terms of heat resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance, quality and cost.

Its strength can be illustrated with examples. The bottle is taken out of the liquid immersed in degrees Celsius according to the test method prescribed by the Japanese Industrial Standards, and placed in zero degree water without damage. The strength comparison test cannot be carried out without damage. For light-weight vials, the heat resistance strength test cannot be carried out simply according to Japanese Industrial Standards, and other methods can also be used for testing.
