Blow molding processing of five steps

Blow moulding process may consist of five steps:
1. Will choose molten plastic heating, using extrusion machine or injection molding machine in a certain temperature to plastic melt, by extrusion or injection mold made of tubular type embryo;
2. Put half remelted embryo in blow molding mold, closed mold and lock the mould clamping device;
3. Using auxiliary air compressor to provide compressed air filling the mold will tube embryo huff;
4. The type embryo possessed in the mold wall after cooling stereotypes;
5. After cooling to finalize the design, open mold products.
