1. Glass (cream bottle, essence, toner, oil bottle)

Glass bottles for cosmetics are mainly divided into: skin care products (cream, lotion), perfume, essential oil, nail polish several categories of small capacity, more than 200ml capacity is rarely used for cosmetics.
Glass bottles are divided into wide-mouth bottles, narrow-mouth bottles, solid paste is generally used with wide-mouth bottles, it is appropriate to use aluminized cap or plastic cap, cap can be color spray effect;
Emulsions or water-based creams generally use narrow-mouth bottles, it is appropriate to use pump head, such as the lid with inner plug, water agent with small hole with inner plug, thicker emulsion with large hole inner plug.

The uneven thickness of glass bottles will easily lead to damage, or in the cold conditions are easy to be squeezed by the contents of the broken, should be in the filling test reasonable capacity, in the transport of paper and separate, on the product should be equipped with color boxes, inner and middle boxes can be more to take anti-vibration.

Glass bottles are usually in stock in the usual shapes, such as refined oil, plain clear or frosted.
The production cycle of glass bottle is longer, need 20 days quickly, some delivery time wants 45 days, general order quantity is 5 thousand to 10 thousand, the bottle shape is smaller the quantity that wants to do is bigger, cycle and moq can be affected by peak season, off-season.

Combination form:

Production process:

9. Combination form:

cosmetic tube + cover/cosmetic tube is usually made of PE plastic.

Three, plastic bottles

1. Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, K, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.

2. The cream bottles, caps, stoppers, gaskets, pump heads and dust shields commonly used in cosmetics with thick container walls are molded by injection;
PET blowing bottle is formed in two steps, tube embryo is injected, and finished product packaging is blown bottle.
Other containers such as thin walls of emulsion bottles, washing bottles for blow bottles.

3. PET material is environmental protection material with high barrier property, light weight, non-breaking property, chemical resistance, anti-resistance, strong transparency, can be made into pearlite, colored, magnetic white, transparent, widely used in gel water.
The bottle mouth is generally standard 16#, 18#, 22#, 24# caliber, and can be used with pump head.

4, acrylic material for plastic bottle, chemical resistance is poorer, generally cannot directly paste, need to match the tank, filling not too full, prevent the paste into the bladder and acrylic bottle, lest produce cracks, transport packaging of the demand is higher, because of the cut after look particularly evident, high permeability, sensory on wall thickness, but the price is quite expensive.

5. AS and ABS: AS has better transparency and toughness than ABS.

8, screen printing ink and UV ink, UV ink effect is better, glossy and stereoscopic, in the production should be made to confirm the color, in different materials of screen printing effect will be different.

9, bronzing, stamping silver processing technology and printing gold powder, silver powder effect is different, hard material and smooth surface is suitable for stamping gold, silver, soft surface hot stamping effect is not good, easy to fall off, bronzing silver glossiness is better than printing gold silver.

10, the bottle cap is generally equipped with internal gasket, pull cap, plug, very few with a small spoon or dropper, this is mainly to consider the tightness and convenience of use.

11, the production cycle is relatively moderate, about 15 days cycle, silk-screen cylinder for monochrome calculation, flat or shaped bottle according to the two-color or multi-color calculation, usually to charge the first screen printing screen plate fee or fixture fee, screen unit price is generally 0.08 yuan/color to 0.1 yuan/color, screen version 100 yuan to 200 yuan /, about 50 yuan/fixture.

Production process:

Printing: the bottle body can be silk-screen printing and hot stamping, hot silver.
The inner cover of the double cover can be screen printing, the outer cover can be transparent to give the effect.

(2) Vacuum bottle + pump head cover (essence bottle, toner bottle, emulsion bottle), AS material commonly used in injection molding vacuum bottle body, with direct contact paste, no straw, vacuum design) + pump head (electroplating) cover (transparent and solid color)

Production process: vacuum bottle transparent color is used more, solid color is used less.

Printing: the bottle body can be silk-screen printing and hot stamping, hot silver.

(3) Blow the bottle

(Essence bottle or lotion bottle, toner bottle) (Production machine: blow molding machine)

A. Understand bottle blowing technology

According to the plastic material can be divided into PE bottle blowing (soft with solid color, more a forming), PP bottle blowing (harder to use solid color, more a forming), PET bottle blowing, good transparency, li use toner and hair products, environmental protection material, two forming), PETG bottle blowing (transparency than PET good, but not commonly used at home, cost is high, the waste is high, forming at a time, not recycled material).

Combination form: blow bottle + inner plug (PP and PE materials are commonly used) + outer cover (PP, ABS and acrylic are commonly used, there are also electroplating, aluminum anodized, oil spray toner is mostly used) or pump head cover (essence and emulsion are often used), + 1000 cover + lift cover (lift cover and 1000 cover are mostly used for large circulation daily chemical line).

B. Bottle blowing process:

Bottle body: PP and PE are made of solid colors, while PETG, PET and PVC are made of transparent or colored transparency, with a sense of clarity. Solid colors are used less.
PET material bottles can also be sprayed with color.

Printing: silk-screen printing and gold stamping, silver stamping.

(4) Pump head

1. The dispensers are divided into two types: ligation nozzle type and screw nozzle type. Functionally, they are also divided into spray, foundation cream, emulsion pump, aerosol valve and vacuum bottle

2. The size of the pump head shall be determined according to the diameter of the matching bottle body. The size of the spray is 12.5mm -- 24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml/ time -- 0.2ml/ time, which is generally used for perfume, gel water and other products

3. The emulsion pump has a wide range of specifications from 16mL to 38ml, and the water output is 0.28ml/ time to 3.1ml/ time. It is generally used for cream and washing products.

4, vacuum bottles are usually cylindrical, specifications of 15ml-50ml, some have 100ml, the overall capacity is small, is based on the principle of atmospheric pressure, can avoid cosmetics in the use of pollution, vacuum bottles are aluminum anodized, plastic electroplating and colored plastic, more expensive than other containers, ordinary order quantity requirements are not high.

5, multi-use PP material, (production machine: injection molding machine) outer ring also uses aluminum anodized cover, also uses electroplating process.
Also can be hot gold hot silver.

PET: PET has high transparency, soft bottle body, can be pinched concave but harder than PP.
PP:PP bottles are softer than PET, easier to pinch, and less transparent than PET, so some opaque shampoo bottles are more commonly used (easy to squeeze).
PE: The bottle is basically opaque and not as smooth as a PET.
Acrylics: It's thick and hard, but the deepest form of Acrylics is acrylic.
