What are the manufacturing requirements for automatic stripping of plastic mold

After decades of efforts, the overall level of the plastic mold industry in China has greatly promoted, in recent years, in response to increasing labor cost, improve the production efficiency of plastic mould, automatic stripping of plastic mold is more and more to the more accepted by the market, but many customers there is some misunderstanding on automatic stripping, simple here with all of you to do some sharing:
what is automatic demoulding, usually can be understood as a fully automatic plastic mold, advantage can effectively save manpower, improve production efficiency. It manufacturing requirements and common mould there are still some different:
1. Ejection must be fully out, the product can't be left in the plastic mold. The ejection stroke is greater than the height of the product. After ejection, the product will automatically fall off from the plastic mould, or using manipulator can remove.
2. Set to reset institutions, must ensure that the plunger plate in the plastic mould to reset before closing. So often need to be installed to reset institutions, especially when the plastic mould with sliding block while waiting for the structure, you need to set up reset alarm device, ensure the safe operation of the plastic mold.
