What are the main points extruding die design

1. Mold cavity as much as possible into a streamline transition, the cylindrical cross section of the extruder should be gradually changes into products cross section shape. One is to avoid mold inside corner stagnation expected, the second is to make the mould deformation of material can be evenly and orderly.
2. Reasonable design gap with straight length, when the export mould molten material flow velocity.
3. Mold size determine mouth want to consider the deformation of materials exports, expansion and contraction.
