However, the choice of material also depends on hygiene requirements, barrier properties (oxygen resistance, water vapor resistance, fragrance retention requirements, etc.), chemical resistance and other factors. Pipe selection: first of all, the materials used should meet the relevant health standards, heavy metals, fluorescent agents and other harmful substances should be controlled within the prescribed range. Material Stiffness: Daily chemical enterprises have different requirements for the stiffness of cosmetic tube. How to get the required stiffness? Low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, and linear low density polyethylene are commonly used in tubes. High density polyethylene (HDPE) has better stiffness than low density polyethylene (LDPE), and the desired stiffness can be achieved by adjusting the proportion of HDPELDPE. Chemical resistance: HDPE has better chemical resistance than LDPE. Material weatherability: In order to control tube performance in the short or long term, the following factors need to be considered: appearance, pressure drop resistance, sealing strength, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR value), aroma and active ingredient loss. Selection of masterbatch: Masterbatch plays an important role in tube quality control. Therefore, user enterprises in the selection of color masterbatch, should consider whether the color masterbatch has good dispersion, filtration and thermal stability, weatherability and product weatherability. The product tolerance of color masterbatch is particularly important in the use of rubber hose. If the masterbatch is incompatible with the installed product, the color of the masterbatch can be transferred to the product, with very serious consequences. Therefore, chemical companies should conduct stability tests (accelerated tests under specified conditions) for new products and Tubes. Types and characteristics of varnish: Varnish for cosmetics tube can be divided into UV type and heat dry type, appearance can be divided into bright surface and mist surface. The varnish not only provides a beautiful visual effect, but also protects the inclusions and has a certain blocking effect on oxygen, water vapor and fragrance. In general, hot-dry varnishes have good adhesion to subsequent printing and screen printing, while ultraviolet varnishes have good gloss. 1. The surface of the tube body should be smooth, without stripes, scratches, strain and contraction deformation. The makeup tube body should be straight and not bent. The thickness of the tube wall should be uniform, and the tolerance of the thickness, length and diameter of the tube body should be within the prescribed range.

2. The custometic tube head is firmly connected with the tube body, the wiring is neat, beautiful, and the width is uniform. The tube head can not be connected after skew during injection.

3. The pipe head and the pipe cover fit well, screw in and out smoothly, no skid in the specified torque range, no water leakage, no air leakage between the pipe and the pipe cover; Printing requirements: offset printing is generally used for tube processing, the ink used for ultraviolet drying, which generally requires ink with strong adhesion and color resistance. The printing color is within the specified depth range, the overprint position is accurate, the deviation is within 0.2 mm, and the font is complete and clear. Plastic cover requirements: plastic cover generally use polypropylene (PP) injection molding. High quality plastic cover should not have obvious shrinkage lines and sharp edges. Mold closing line should be smooth, accurate size, and with the pipe head should be smooth, normal use without brittle crack and other structural damage. For example, when the cap opening force is in the range, the cap should be able to withstand more than 300 RPM without breaking.
