Font selection should also pay attention to, round head body, black body, isospin-line body is a better choice, and song style, old song style (horizontal thin vertical thick) and other strokes too wide font should be used with caution, in the design of such fonts, should pay attention to the net height of Chinese font is not less than 2.5mm, English font net height is not less than 2mm.

The reason:



(1) compared with the first printing ink after printing ink viscosity is too high.

(2) Printing ink fixation slow and large ink volume.

(3) Four - color ink color intensity balance is not appropriate.



Treatment method:



(1) High viscosity ink is used for printing first, low viscosity ink after printing, the more ideal viscosity requirements should be in accordance with the overprint color sequence to reduce.



(2) The use of fast printing ink, and the concentration of high printing some thin, small design area of the first printing, for the benefit of the overprint.
