Especially for some temperature-sensitive cosmetics, the temperature at the end of the tube should not be too high. At this time, some low-temperature heat-sealing materials can be used to seal the hot surface to ensure that the quality of the cosmetics will not be affected under low-temperature conditions. During the filling process of cosmetics, the sealing may be contaminated, and plastic hoses processed with general materials are not good for sealing. However, if anti-pollution materials are used on the thermal cover, this problem can be effectively solved. 2. Economical: Among aluminum-plastic composite hoses, aluminum foil has the highest unit price. Controlling the thickness of the aluminum foil can effectively control the cost of the hose. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the good performance of the product, the use of thinner aluminum foil to reduce the loss in the production process, and the use of simple packaging as much as possible can reduce the cost of the aluminum-plastic composite hose. At present, the cost of all-plastic composite hoses is relatively high. On the premise of not affecting its performance, reducing the thickness is one of its future development directions. Therefore, high-rigidity materials will increasingly be used for all-plastic composite hoses.
