Injection mold parts checking method is introduced

In injection mold CAD system, according to the checking method of mold parts, different mould, generally adopt different methods for checking, commonly used method has the following two ways.
1. Conventional method respectively. It is to use some of the basic load formula of the material mechanics calculation, this method is simple, fast, but the way of basic load must be consistent with mold parts and loading conditions.
2. The finite element method respectively. For high precision injection molds, or loading situation more complex situation, check by the conventional method of error is bigger, would then finite element stress analysis software for checking, this method calculated results are accurate, can adapt to all kinds of complex loading conditions, but lead to handle complex, taller also to the requirement of the computer.
