How to design cosmetic tubes for face creams

2022-09-13

What are the qualities that people are looking for in a face cream? Are they looking for something to help with wrinkles, dark circles, or any other skin problems? Or do they just want something to help with their skin tone? If it's the latter, you may want to consider designing a squeeze tube that has a different formula depending on what your target audience uses. This can be done by using different colours of the same ingredient, such as blueberry extract if you're targeting women who have dry skin and olive oil if you're targeting men who have oily skin.

If you're selling face cream, it's important to know what your target audience wants. You can find out what they like by looking at the products they already use. You can also ask them questions about their own skincare routine and the products they use to help you decide what to design. Think about the shape you want and how you want people to interact with your product. For example, if you are making an anti-aging serum, think about how people will use it, on their face or other areas of their body (i.e., neck). If you are making a moisturiser that's intended for dry skin, then consider including ingredients like antioxidants or hydrating agents so that people can get more from this product than just hydration alone.

If you are just launching a face cream lineup and don’t know how to design the custom cosmetic tubes properly, we have a few tips for you.

Know which materials will best suit your design:

The first step to designing the cosmetic tube is to know what types of materials you can use for the tube. The most common material for cosmetic tubes is plastic. The second most common material is aluminum for cosmetic tube manufacture, but it's not as popular because it costs more but has a longer lifespan than plastic. Plastic is also easy to work with, so it's probably the best choice for you.

Create a 3D model of the cosmetic squeeze tube, including art and any added features:

Once you know what type of material you want to use, it's time to create a 3D model of it. Create a new document or open an existing one in Adobe Illustrator or In Design (or whatever software you prefer). If you don't have access to these programs, there are many free programs that offer similar functionality, including Blender and 123D Design (which are both excellent). Once you've created your 3D model, add any art that will be used on your squeeze tubes as well as any other details that will be important when creating them (such as how they're labelled).

Consider how you want to print on the makeup tube:

How do you want your brand name to look? Do you want a classic, minimalist look? Do you want something more bold and more dramatic? Whatever your style, there are a few key considerations to keep in mind when designing your squeeze tube.

When it comes to printing on cosmetic tubes, there are two main options: heat transfer and screen printing. Both are suitable for face creams but in different ways. Heat transfer is great for large logos or other text that can be applied in bulk, while screen printing is better for small details like artwork or text.

There are a lot of options when it comes to printing on custom cosmetic tubes. Some are glossy and some are matte. Some are clear, some colored, and some have a metallic lustre. The most important thing is that you choose the right tube for your product. A tube that won't hold up under heavy use isn't going to work well for a cream that needs to be applied often throughout the day.

Choose the best soft tube for your brand:

There are several options at B&BW that can be used for your face creams, including clear tubes and natural-colored tubes. The main difference between the two is that clear tubes are see-through and can be used for any product that does not contain water or other liquids. Natural-colored tubes are made from 100% recycled plastics and will not break down in landfills.

Once you've decided what type of tube you want to use, it's time to find one that works with your brand's aesthetic. There are several options available, from classic metal tubes with chrome printing to modern glass tubes with rainbow patterns. It all comes down to personal preference and what kind of impression you want to make on customers who may see these products at retail stores or in their own homes.

Choose the right cap for your product:

The first step in designing face cream tubes is to decide what kind of tube you want. You can buy caps that are already designed for a specific product, or you can purchase them separately and then fit them yourself. The main benefit of buying the caps separately is that they are often cheaper than buying pre-made ones.

If you decide to buy pre-made tubes, be sure that they are made from rigid materials such as  plastic. These materials will not absorb moisture from the products inside and will not wear down over time as other materials may do.

There are different types of caps available in the market today. Some of them have a screw cap while others have a push-down cap. Each type has its own benefits and disadvantages, so it is important for you to know about them before making your decision.

Pick the right colour for your cosmetic tubes:

you should consider the colour of your cosmetic tubes. The colour of your packaging is one of the most important factors when selling cosmetics because most people prefer to buy products in black or white packages rather than colourful ones such as yellow or red packaging.

Have your cosmetic tube suppliers pick a colour for your tube that matches your label design or branding so it looks consistent across all packaging items. You can even use these colours for other products in your line if they're closely related, otherwise, stick with an overall colour scheme throughout your products' packaging
