Glass printing need to know
1. At room temperature ( 20 - 23° C) Store ink, prevent precipitation;
2。 By adding diluent, using low speed mixer to adjust viscosity;
3。 Keep in normal temperature ( 21° C) Viscosity measurement;
4。 After dilution, mixing, the ink ( Suspension) Let stand for 30 minutes to remove the mixing of air bubble; UV ink _uv glass ink
5. Glass must be clean and dry, keep the same as the printing room temperature;
6. Ensure that always printed on the same side of the glass ( Tin tin surface or surface) In order to avoid color difference;
8。 Measuring the thickness of the printing, to ensure a uniform thickness, thickness change may lead to a color change;
9。 Printing immediately after drying, to prevent caking dust;
10. For overprint, glass must be restored to room temperature, then classify the second color printing glass ink;
