The joint line defect
( 1) The joint line crack ( Detonation joint line) : in the vertical cracks forming mold joint line. Its shape is different from hot die crack.
（ 2) Early mould joint line bad: the bottle iron bowl line bump and sharp. After molding, early line sag.
forming die flash: joint line in ChengMo commissure bump fly spine, in contrast to the early mold joint line shape.
forming an emperical: shaping mould half bad cooperation, ladder shaped joint line. Held high.
（ 3) So deep into the straight wire: at the beginning of glass into the mold and the hard side seam formed obvious zigzag stitching. Visual inspection found that there are straight line
the hard burr ( Rotten straight line) : in the hard cooperate with iron bowl into convex serrated straight line.
（ 4) Flash: bottle/early mould joint line incision and iron bowl joint is not smooth form convex, step or serrated sutures.
