Since the base material for cosmetic tube printing is non-ferrous metal, a layer of white ink or other background ink must be printed on the surface of the tube before printing graphics and texts, and then the graphics and texts can be officially printed. After printing the base color, the ink needs to dry quickly. Only a small amount of color can be printed, so the printed color is printed after being dried by an infrared drying device, but the three-printing plate roll printing, while overlapping the tube on the rubber, is the three-color ink trace transferred to the embossing roll Of the hose. The impression cylinder on the impression cylinder plate is covered with a hose, but it does not rotate by itself. Only after contacting with the rubber roller can it rotate at the same linear speed as the rubber roller. The diameter of the impression cylinder is the same as the diameter of the rubber cylinder, but the operation is different. The rubber cylinder rotates for one cycle, and the impression cylinder rotates to complete the printing of the hose. After the makeup hose rotates once, it leaves the rubber tube, and the overprinting work of the hose printing ends. Then use infrared radiation to quickly dry the impression to improve the brightness of the impression.
