Cosmetic packaging bottle refers to a kind of container designed and produced, and there are more manufacturers in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other places. Cosmetic packaging can include up to three levels of materials. Product packaging instructions are an important part of packaging. They play a major role in promoting product efficacy, gaining consumer understanding, and guiding people to consume correctly.

The first level of cosmetic packaging refers to the container closest to the product. For example, the bottle containing the 'cleansing liquid for deodorization after shaving' is the closest package to the product.

The second-level cosmetic packaging refers to the material that protects the first-level packaging. When the product is used, it is discarded. The cardboard box used to package the bottled 'washing liquid after shaving' is the second level of packaging, which provides further protection and promotion opportunities for the product. Transport packaging refers to the packaging necessary for product storage, identification and transportation.

The third layer, labeling is also an integral part of the packaging of cosmetics. It is composed of printed information indicating the product, which appears on the packaging or is integrated with the packaging.

The 'little secret' on the outer packaging of cosmetics

On cosmetic boxes and bottles, we often see some 'marks', especially some imported products. Most of the small partners will not take it seriously and often ignore these 'marks'. These 'marks' are not printed randomly, each of which represents a certain meaning. Reading these 'marks' can better understand the characteristics of this product. Zhen Yao has compiled some of the more common 'signs' for your reference.

Cosmetic packaging identification barcode

Commodity barcode is an identification composed of a group of regularly arranged bars, spaces and their corresponding characters, which is used to represent a symbol of certain commodity information. Each number of the barcode has a certain meaning, and the general commodity barcode generally consists of a prefix part, a manufacturer code, a commodity code and a check code.

The prefix code in the commodity barcode is a code used to identify a country or region, and the code is assigned to the International Article Numbering Association. The empowerment of manufacturer codes is in the article coding organizations of various countries or regions. In China, the manufacturer codes are assigned by the National Article Numbering Center. The product code is a code used to identify the product, and the right to assign the code is exercised by the product manufacturer itself. At the end of the product bar code, use a check code to verify the correctness of the 1-12 digit code from the left in the product bar code.

Friends can easily know the actual place of origin of this product based on the bar code, without being fooled by merchants.

Americas: 00-13 United States, Canada

Europe: 30-37 France, 400-440 Germany, 50 UK, 80-83 Italy, 84 Spain,

Asia: 45-49 Japan, 690-693 China, 471 Taiwan, 489 Hong Kong, 880 South Korea, 885 Thailand, 890 India, 899 Indonesia

The black arrow on the cosmetics packaging indicates that the packaging of the product meets the requirements of green environmental protection, and indicates that the product is in compliance with the requirements of ecological balance and environmental protection from production to use to final consumption and recycling.

The meaning of the representative is: the storage environment should be kept dry and avoid close to fire, heat or exposure to the sun. Such marks can be found on the packaging of perfume, mousse, nail polish and other products.

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), the Forest Stewardship Council, is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global socially responsible forest management. It was established in 1993, and its initiators are international people who want to prevent forest destruction.

Cosmetic packaging with FSC certified wooden and paper products means that the wood used in the product is not derived from endangered tree species or illegally felled products, and plays a role in protecting forests and the environment.

In foreign countries, some cosmetics will obtain organic certification in order to emphasize the green, natural and pollution-free properties. However, there is no unified 'organic certification body' in the world. Every continent and even some countries have their own organic certification system. Each country has more than one organic certification agency logo, and the organic content of cosmetics varies slightly from country to country.

In China, the concept of organic cosmetics was once hyped by businesses, but there was no substantial product support. The purely operational concept could easily mislead consumers. Later, the Food and Drug Administration banned cosmetic companies from using the word 'organic'. Therefore, it is illegal to use 'organic' cosmetics in China.

No animal experiment logo on cosmetic packaging

The meaning of this logo is: this product has not been tested on animals, and no animal ingredients or by-products will be added to the product formula. There are some niche brands abroad that will promote this as a selling point. But in China, all cosmetics must be tested on animals before they can be sold. Therefore, products with this type of logo cannot be sold in normal domestic channels.

Recyclable label for cosmetic packaging (1)

This arrow sign indicates that the product or product packaging is made of renewable materials, which is good for the environment and protect the earth. Using more recyclable and recyclable products can reduce the consumption of earth resources. The signs of different countries will be different. Japan and South Korea are mostly square, while Europe and the United States are mostly triangular, but they are all circular shapes with arrows. This logo means: the substance can be recycled, but it does not necessarily guarantee that all recycling stations will accept recycling. When a percentage appears in the middle of the label, it indicates the percentage of recyclable materials in the package.

In some imported cosmetics, 'e' often appears on the outer packaging, such as: 20ml e 0.67 FL OZ, 150ml e, where 'e' represents the meaning: cosmetics cannot be filled properly, such as items The weight is marked as 100ml on the package, but it may be slightly more or less. Therefore, the sign ? will be added to indicate that 100ml is an estimate, not an absolute amount. ? represents the first letter of estimate. The e standard stipulates that for products with a total standard weight of less than 50g (ml), the actual error is allowed within 9% (including 9%). For products with a total nominal weight of more than 1kg, the actual error allowed is within 1.5% (including 1.5%).
