  (1) When designing an extruded cosmetic packaging tube, if the material is high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, the cross-section of the cosmetic packaging tube should be rectangular or oval, and the material should be low honey. The cross section of polyethylene or other flexible cosmetic packaging material hose is preferably circular. This makes it easy for the contents to be squeezed out of the cosmetic packaging tube. The plastic parts used in conjunction with the hose mouth of the cosmetic packaging material are mainly bottle caps and sealers. The printing surface should be smooth and continuous; if the cosmetic packaging material hose contains handles, grooves, ribs and other structures, the design should be careful not to cause inconvenience to the printing operation. The oval-shaped cosmetic packaging material hose has higher rigidity, but the manufacturing cost of the mold is higher. Therefore, in order to ensure the rigidity of the cosmetic packaging material hose, in addition to selecting high-rigidity materials, the shape design of the cosmetic packaging material hose must also be used to enhance the rigidity and load resistance of the cosmetic packaging material hose.

  (4) Since most plastics have notch sensitivity, cosmetic packaging hoses are prone to cracks and cracks at sharp corners, roots of mouth threads, necks, etc., so these parts should be designed Fillet. For the transfer point of the rectangular cosmetic packaging material hose, it is necessary to support most of the load of the cosmetic packaging material hose. Therefore, locally increasing the wall thickness at this point is also beneficial to improve the rigidity and load resistance of the cosmetic packaging material hose.
