Technical inspection standards for daily chemical packaging bottle caps:

4. Technical standards

4.3 Appearance requirements

4.3.1 The surface is uniformly plasticized, smooth, bright and clean.

4.3.2 The appearance is correct and smooth, without cracks, burrs (burrs) and bursting.

4.3.3 Surface bristles are allowed to be distributed in less than or equal to three different color points within 1.5mm and less than 0.5mm, including 1 point on the top of the cover and 2-3 points on the side of the cover.

4.3.4 The printing of text, patterns, etc. should be clear, beautiful, neat, and firm, with black drafts in the position, and the color and luster shall be subject to the sealed sample.

4.3.5 Filling anodized aluminum, bronzing or bronzing silver should be uniform and complete, clear, firm, not lacking, not much, the position should be in accordance with the requirements of the black draft, the allowable deviation of height is 0.2mm, and the straight line should not be skewed (the deviation between the starting point and the end point should not be greater than 0.2mm), the circumferential joint is accurate (allowable deviation is 0.2mm), and the color is subject to the sealed sample.

5. Inspection method

5.1 The appearance is mainly based on visual inspection, and all specifications and dimensions should be measured with a universal measuring tool that meets the accuracy.

5.2 The fastness of printing and bronzing is tested by self-adhesive, and 3M616 glue is used to paste on the surface of the sample, and then it will be peeled off instantaneously at 135 degrees to observe the peeling.

5.3 Air tightness

Match with wide-mouth bottle: Fill the container with the corresponding net content of water, match the cap/bottle, and leave it upside down for 24 hours to observe whether it leaks. After the remaining caps/bottles are matched, vacuum 0.6Mpa, take it out for 10 minutes, and observe if there is any leakage.

5.4 The disengagement force and blocking force are measured with related instruments (torque meter)

Acceptance rules

6.1 Take each delivery as an inspection lot (each lot needs to provide the factory inspection report of the lot).

6.2 Classification of defect items:

Class A non-conforming item quality rejection item

Class B unqualified items affect the use of items

Category C unqualified items, secondary appearance index items

6.4 Defects

Class A: The main matching size is not the same, the material is not the same, the decoration is not the same, the color is not the same, short plastic, mixed, burr, foreign matter and visible debris

Type B: plastic spots, cracks, oil stains, burrs, physical and chemical properties, poor decorative patterns

Type C: Surface rubbing, water marks on the surface, deformation, color difference, unclear printing, broken lines, flashing, scars, inflexible flip, too large gap between the cap and the bottle shoulder, surface stains (wipeable), heterochromatic spots , Flashing, etc. except for the appearance requirements of Class B unqualified items.

6.5 Sampling method:

6.5.1 Sampling according to GB/T2828.1-2003 one-time normal sampling plan

6.6 Judgment method

If one of the test A index is unqualified, it will be judged as unqualified. For example, when the B and C index are tested, when the number of unqualified products in the sample is less than Ac, it is judged as qualified, and when the unqualified in the sample is greater than or equal to Re , It is judged as unqualified.

7. Packaging form:

The product packaging must meet the company's requirements. If the packaging does not match, it can be rejected.

8. Logo: A label mutually confirmed by both parties should be pasted on the outside of the large package, and the relevant content required on the label should be correctly filled in. Each package should be accompanied by a product qualification certificate, indicating the name of the manufacturer, product name, purchaser's product code, standard number, specifications, quantity, inspector code, date, etc.

9. Transportation

Severe vibration must be prevented during transportation, and the product must be handled with care during loading and unloading to prevent rainwater from entering the product during transportation.

10. Storage
