Appearance requirements for cosmetic bottles, caps

1. Cosmetic bottles (including plastic bottles and glass bottles)  

(1) The cosmetic bottle body is complete, stable and straight, smooth, basically uniform in thickness, free of cold bursts, cracks, and no obvious scars or deformation.  

(2) The cosmetic bottle mouth is straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and other matching structures are intact and straight.  

(3) The inside and outside of the cosmetic bottle are clean.  

(4) The cosmetic bottle and the cosmetic bottle cap are matched tightly without slippage, loosening and leakage.  

2. Cosmetic bottle caps (including outer caps, inner caps (plugs, pads))   

(1) Inner cover   ① Complete, smooth, without deformation, clean, free from dust, oil, etc.  ②It fits well with the cosmetic bottle and outer cosmetic bottle cap, and should not be leaked.  

(2) Outer cover    ① Correct, smooth, free from broken, cracked, burr (burr) and burst phenomenon, uniform color, no color migration, consistent with the standard sample.  ②The thread and other matching structures are intact.  ③ The ones with anodized aluminum or bronzing should be uniform and complete, and the color should be consistent with the standard sample.  ④Clamshell type outer cover can be turned up flexibly.  ⑤The cosmetic bottle cap is tightly matched with the cosmetic bottle, and there is no slippage, looseness, leakage, etc.  

3. Curing agent hose  

(1) The tube body is smooth, tidy, uniform in thickness, without obvious scratches, and the color is consistent with the standard sample.  

(2) The seal should be firm, without openings, wrinkles, etc.  

(3) The cap should meet the requirements specified in 2.2.  

4. Spray can   

(1) The tank body is flat, no rust spots, smooth welding seam, no obvious scratches on the main parts, uniform color, and consistent with the standard sample.  (2) The roll mouth is smooth and free of cracks and deformation.  (3) The cap should meet the requirements of 2.2.
