Automatically positioning and heating sealing machine

The sealing machine of the tube is to use the heating technology and principle of fusing the sealing surface of the plastic tube under the heating condition and fusing the two sides of the tube with high pressure, which can avoid some defects that the sealing is not secure due to foreign matter on the tube inside wall. Sealing in this way can made beautiful and perfect tube.

9.    Automatic sealing of the end can be achieved through different mechanical arms on the same machine to obtain multiple ways of sealing the end, such as two-fold, three-fold and saddle folding.

10.  The material of contiguous part is made of 316L stainless steel, which is clean, sanitary and in full compliance with GMP requirements of drug production.

11.  With safety device, stop once open door, no filling without tube and overload protection.
