Final inspection to pick out unqualified products
This is the final and most important procedure of manufacturing cosmetic tube. We pick out unqualified tubes by final inspection.
Open-end tube and sealed tube are different procedure in final inspection.
About Open-end tube, firstly we pick out unqualified tubes and assemble the cap, then packing the tube by plastic bag, inner tray and exported paper box.
About sealed tube, firstly we need test the sealing quality that is we need to make sure the sealing is qualified not leak. Next we pick out unqualified tubes, then packing the tube by plastic bag and exported paper box.
